Issue Resolution Handling

Process

1) Bring issue to manager and or Coach for resolution

2) if issue is not resolved, it goes to the respective Director - President to name who that is if not obvious

3) If issue is not resolved, it will be brought to the executive in writing - it will NOT be discussed if it is NOT in writing

4) If issue is not resolved, it will be brought to the attention of the South Shore Minor Hockey President

5) If issue is not resolved, it will be brought to the Regional Director of Hockey NS.

Skipping any of these steps is not tolerated and will cause lengthier times for issues to be resolved.
